ESAT Mathematics 1 · Paper 1
- This section contains 27 multiple-choice questions. You have 40 minutes.
- Each question has one correct answer. There is no negative marking, so an educated guess is always better than a blank.
- Calculators are NOT permitted. Keep rough paper and a pen beside you, exactly as you would use the small wipeable noteboard you are given on test day.
- Use Flag to mark any question you want to come back to. The Review screen shows everything you have flagged or left unanswered.
- The timer starts as soon as you press Begin. The paper submits itself automatically when time runs out.
Keyboard: move · A–H answer · M flag · U guess
Optional: tag an answer as a Guess as you go. It never affects your score - it sharpens your analysis afterwards, separating secure answers from lucky ones.
