Refund Policy

Noetra sells digital exam-prep content that can be accessed and used immediately. Because mocks, solutions, analytics and preparation material have one-time value once viewed or attempted, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after paid content has been accessed.

If you bought a paid plan by mistake and have not accessed paid content, use the support route shown at checkout or in your Stripe receipt and we will review the request fairly.

Send refund requests to support@noetra.app, including the Stripe receipt or payment reference if you have it.

If Stripe provides a receipt link, keep it for your records. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

If a paid plan is refunded, we may remove the paid entitlement from the relevant Noetra account. Free account access and any features available to free users may remain available.

Noetra is digital content and digital services. At checkout, we may ask you to agree to immediate access and acknowledge that once paid content has been accessed, you may lose change-of-mind cancellation rights that would otherwise apply during a cooling-off period. This policy does not remove rights you have under consumer law.

If you were charged twice by mistake, paid for access that was not supplied, or the digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, use the support route shown at checkout or in your Stripe receipt. Your statutory consumer rights still apply and are not limited by this policy.

We may refuse a discretionary refund request where there is evidence of fraud, account sharing, chargeback abuse, scraping, copying, resale of content, or another serious breach of the Terms of Service. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Noetra currently presents the confirmed launch tiers as one-time purchases. If subscription plans are added later, cancelling a subscription will stop future renewals; refund treatment for the current billing period will be shown at checkout and in the current version of this policy.
