Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Noetra, an independent online admissions test preparation service. In these terms, "Noetra", "we", "us" and "our" mean that service and its operator.

Noetra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UAT-UK, Pearson VUE, the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, or any other university or test owner.

Noetra provides original practice questions, mock exam interfaces, worked solutions, timing data, progress tracking and related preparation tools for admissions tests such as ESAT, TMUA and TARA.

Our content is written for practice. It is not official test material, and we do not promise any particular score, admission decision, interview outcome or university place. Any score estimate shown in Noetra is our own estimate for practice purposes only.

You must give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because we failed to keep the service secure.

Noetra is built for admissions test applicants. If you are under 18, you should use Noetra with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that parent or guardian is responsible for purchases made for you.

We may offer free papers, previews or trial features. Paid plans unlock the features shown at checkout or on the plan page at the time of purchase, subject to any stated plan limits or exam-cycle availability.

Consumer plans are one-time purchases for a stated access term, not subscriptions. Where an entry cycle is known, access lasts for at least 12 months and through 30 days after the final supported test sitting in that cycle, whichever is later. If the cycle is not yet known, the initial term is 18 months; selecting a valid cycle later may extend, but will not shorten, that term. The access end date shown at checkout is saved with the purchase.

When paid access ends, your account, completed work and results remain saved. You can continue to use available free content or make a new one-time purchase for a later cycle. Existing grants sold without an expiry remain unchanged unless a clear replacement or migration is agreed.

Prices may vary by country or region. We use checkout and payment-provider information, such as country signals, to show and validate regional pricing. You must not use false, misleading or manipulated location information to obtain a price you are not eligible for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing and receipts, and may support tax calculation and buyer-support processes depending on the checkout configuration. We do not store your full card details.

You must not:

• share, sell or transfer your account access;
• copy, scrape, republish or distribute Noetra questions, solutions or interfaces;
• try to reverse engineer, bypass, overload or interfere with the service;
• use Noetra to create competing question banks or derived commercial content;
• upload or submit anything unlawful, harmful or infringing.

Noetra owns or licenses the platform, original questions, explanations, designs, data models, marks and software we provide. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use Noetra for your own study. You do not receive ownership of the content or software.

We may improve, replace or remove features where this is reasonable for security, quality, product development or legal reasons. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will not deliberately remove a paid entitlement from an existing account without a clear migration or replacement path, except where required for legal, security or abuse reasons.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights that may apply if digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

We may suspend or close access if we reasonably believe you have seriously breached these terms, created security risk, abused payment or refund processes, or infringed our content. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason.

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so. Subject to that, Noetra is provided for educational preparation, and we are not liable for admission decisions, exam performance, lost opportunity, or indirect losses that we could not reasonably foresee when you bought or used the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have mandatory local consumer rights that continue to apply.
